Health Safety & Environmental Policy

The Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) Policy is the statement of intentions, principles, and commitment in relation to its overall HSE performance. We have
established, implemented, and maintained a policy , common to management systems of Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment is titled Health, Safety & Environment Policy that :

•  Provides a frame work for setting HSE objectives
• Includes a commitment to fulfil requirements
• Imbibe commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce risks
• Instigate self reliant feeling on protection of environment, including prevention of pollution and sustainable resource use
•  Includes a commitment to continual improvement of the policy

The policy has been evolved through initial status review of quality, Occupational health Safety and Environment Management comprising of
following key areas:

a) Legislative and regulatory compliance
b) Procedures involving identification & examination risks, environmental aspects and relevant management practices
c) Evaluation and feedback from the investigation of incidents and accidents,.
d) Focus on clients and taking into consideration the existing and potential impact of activities on the people, property & environment.
e) Providing equipment and services supporting quality of final product(s) and services.
f) Opportunities and need for continual improvement, prevention of injury and views of interested parties.
The policy has been documented, implemented, and maintained, it shall be reviewed once a year, during the Management Review Meeting, for continued suitability and may be revised, if necessary. 

The organisation is committed to:
1. Provide the quality trainings in the field of Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Environment
2. Comply with all legislations, regulations, standards, and requirements of the organization and strive for continued improvement.
3. Optimize the use of resources and reduce pollution.
4. Maintain safe and healthy work environment; ensure safe operations; prevent injury, ill health, loss of life and property.
5. Protection of persons on the job from the conceivable work hazards.
7. Be equipped to respond to emergencies arising within the organization.
8. Provide awareness, latest information, SOPs and supervision skills needed for safe working, quality of work / operation and environmental management to the
employees.
9. Keep in touch with latest technological development in the field Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Environment
10. Identify and maintain the processes, needed for effective and sustainable OH&S and Environmental Management System .

Governing law

This Health Safety and Environmental Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any matter arising out of or in relation to the implementation or enforcement of this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kollam, Kerala.
